What we do
Little Duck The Picklery is a fermenting workshop and eatery - its here we produce all our fermented foods, drinks and pickles for The Picklery, our own range of naturally fermented seasonal ingredients, also available to buy loose by the gram.
Here at The Picklery we operate an open kitchen with a daily-changing menu of simple Mediteranean style dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We serve natural wines and a small collection of home-made drinks and cocktails.
We run workshops in kitchen crafts - each workshop seats 10 and topics might include Fermentation, charcuterie and pasta making. You can find out what's on by visiting our events page.
