Our ferments and pickles are made from scratch everyday, using seasonal well-sourced fruits and vegetables from around the UK and Mediterranean. We only use produce at its best - preserving for us is as much about preserving the quality of the ingredient as well as its life - we want our products to be fully of energy and life, crunch and flavour. All our products are fresh and never pasteurised so that they retain all their nutrients and bio diversity.
Fermentation, for us is about exploration as well as health, we like to experiment with many different ingredient combinations and flavours and expand our customers palates whilst also helping to improve gut flora.
