Our preserved blood orange is a seasonal product - we make them in January and by April they’re ready. Much like preserved lessons, we ferment them in salt, occasionally adding an aromatic such as rosemary. They can be used in much the same ways as our Unwaxed Preserved Lemons - chopped into grain salads with plenty of herbs or as part of a slow cooked meat dish to intensify flavour.
