Gill Mellor, chef, food writer and author of the award-winning cookery book Gather, will be joining us here at The Picklery cooking and talking about his new book TIME A life and A day in the Kitchen. Gill has been part of the River Cottage for 11 years working closely with Hugh Fearnley Whittingstall.

Gill is an advocate for simple, seasonal cookery and making the most of ingredients and the natural qualities they possess. His cooking is a reflection of his surroundings, taking inspiration from the landscape, locality, and the amazing farmers, growers and fisherman of the South West of England.

Gill will be here sharing his approach to cooking on 24th September along with a five course feast cooked by Gill.

Tickets cost £75, places are limited to 14 around the kitchen counter, and there are two tables of 4 in the window.
