The Picklery is a fermenting kitchen and eatery - it's here that we make our seasonal ferments, pickles and home-made fermented drinks.  We sell our daily ferments, loose by the gram or you can buy them, along with our drinking vinegars and elixirs,  jarred and bottled as part of our new range THE PICKLERY.

The kitchen is open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner.  Like at Ducksoup and Rawduck our cooking is simple and always seasonal, following the blue skies and sunshine of the Mediterranean.  Breakfast offers something bright and spritely and begins at 9am continuing through to lunch with nourishing lunch time favourites.  Dinner is from 6pm with a simple sharing menu and the addition of a slow-cooked something or other which comes out of the oven at 7pm.  It's one of those dishes that when its gone its gone!

.Our KITCHEN CRAFT workshops run monthly, often hosted by an invited guest. Here you'll learn a craft from fermenting to home-made pasta and charcuterie.  We run a series of Kitchen Crafts workshops every month.  You can find out what's coming up from our workshops page or signing up to our newsletter.  You can book online or call directly.










We Make our Ferments from Scratch everyday using fresh seasonal produce. We never pasturise our ferments and so you can be sure everything we make is teeming with good healthy bacteria.
